This torque unit converter helps engineers quickly convert Nm to kg·cm and oz·in.
It is widely used in gear motors, planetary gearboxes, and door lock actuators when comparing motor torque specifications.

How to easily calculate the required torque
AB timing pulleys refer to the pair of pulleys mounted on the motor output shaft.

The motor driving weight A requires a torque of 10kg.cm
A X R=10kg x 1cm=10kg.cm
The motor driving weight B requires a torque of 100kg.cm
B X R=10kg x 10cm=100kg.cm
The force arm R (i.e., the radius of the timing pulley on the motor’s output shaft)
Concept of required torque: If the motor can lift 10kg when the force arm radius is 1cm, it can only lift 5kg when the radius is increased to 2cm, and so on.
Conclusion: When carrying the same weight, a longer force arm requires greater motor torque.
