End-to-End Customization Process

1.Requirement Gathering

To ensure that the new DC motors and gear motors are delivered to customers to their full satisfaction, sales engineers at TSL must have a comprehensive understanding of customers’ projects and requirements, covering the following aspects:

-A specification drawing and Technical Drawing(optional)                                                  – Operating voltage range (e.g., 3V–5V DC)
– Vibration frequency/amplitude targets
– Physical constraints (dimensions, weight limits)
– Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, IP rating)
– Certifications needed (e.g., medical FDA, automotive IATF 16949)

2. Feasibility Analysis

The design team at TSL provides customers with a Feasibility Analysis Report that encompasses:

 – Technical compatibility report
– Rough cost estimation
– Preliminary timeline

3. Finalize & Produce Samples

To determine the specifications of the sample and make it, the following steps need to be taken:

– Confirm approved sample specifications(signed off via email or portal).
– Provide final design adjustments(e.g., material upgrades, branding tweaks).                    – Launch Golden Sample production using mass-production-grade tooling.
– Conduct 100% pre-shipment inspection (vibration consistency, noise level, durability).

4.Ship Samples & Negotiate Terms

-Select shipping method and Priority Shipping.                                                                    -Share sample usage and testing feedback.                                                                        -Adjust specifications (e.g., increase heat dissipation).                                                         – Finalize pricing tiers (volume discounts). 

5.Develop Production Plan

– Submit purchase order (PO) with quantities/delivery dates.
– Define packaging/labeling requirements (e.g., barcode formats, multilingual manuals). – Raw material bulk procurement.
– Production line calibration (AI defect detection systems).

6.Mass Production & Delivery

– JIT Delivery: Sync with your assembly line schedule.
– Warehouse Hub Options: Pre-stock motors in EU/US/Asia warehouses.
