⭐The positive and negative terminals of the motor must not be wrongly connected. Speed regulation should be controlled by using a speed – control board or other available devices.

Wiring Instructions for 2838 Five – wire Motor:
① PWM (Blue wire): Controls the motor speed.
③ Forward/Reverse (White wire): Controls the forward and reverse direction of the motor. When the port is not connected, the motor rotates counterclockwise (CCW). When the port is connected to a low level (≤0.6V), the motor rotates clockwise (CW).
④ Motor + (Red wire): Connect to the positive terminal of the motor controller.
⑤ Motor – (Black wire): Connect to the negative terminal of the motor controller.
⑥ Power – (Black wire): Connect to the negative terminal of the power supply.
⑦ Power + (Red wire): Connect to the positive terminal of the power supply.
⭐Precautions:
Yellow wire: FG signal output (used for external devices to detect the motor speed. A 3 – pole magnetic ring motor outputs 9 square – wave pulses per revolution). The wiring must not be wrong. If the motor is burned out due to incorrect wiring, 7 – day no – reason return and exchange is not supported.
Wiring Instructions for 2838 Five – wire Motor:
① CAP (Yellow wire): Captures the motor speed pin (auxiliary function). The motor outputs 9 square – wave pulses per revolution.
② PWM (Blue wire): Controls the motor speed.
④ Forward/Reverse (White wire): Controls the forward and reverse direction of the motor.
⑤ Motor + (Red wire): Connect to the positive terminal of the power supply.
⑥ Motor (Black wire): Connect to the negative terminal of the power supply.
⭐Precautions:
First: These 5 wires must not be wrongly connected or reversed, otherwise the machine will be burned out.
Second: The CAP pin (yellow wire) serves as an auxiliary function to obtain the speed through feedback from the host – computer software.
